Did my video card just die?

not necessarily, if the card is showing artifacts but still posting the mb is not going to give a beep code. OP do you have another card you can try?

I can vouch for the memory as mine overclocks well but the cpu & mb haven't really surfaced yet to say one way or the other. Good luck though that DFI looks nice, BTW do I see dip switches above the PCI slot or jumpers? can't tell.

I ordered the P180B and got the 182 that was all black and the $50 rebate, not bad for $80. Nice case.
