Screwdriver size recommendation please

I have a set of screw drivers from a good brand and it does the job perfectly... I guess you'll not go wrong with the top brands. :)

Looking for a delete program.

I also use ccleaner. For the performance... I think minimal specially if the program did not installed a service on your computer.

Why can't I print???

Is the invoice an attachment to the email? If the invoice is in the email body itself then I would consider printing it PDF first then do your adjustment in PDF if necessary. I sometime do it. :)

Weird Memory Problems with Memtest86 Results

For me, your memtest result confirms the error of your RAM. For the RMA, I simply brought it back to the store where I bought it and the replaced it immediately after testing.

new laptop, is it Windows 7 or Windows 8 xtreme?

I've seen something like this before and I looks like another hacking thing. I would definitely uninstall it before it do some damage to you.

Windows 7 Aero is crashing

Have you tried windows update and driver update? Looks to me that you just need to be updated. Hope it helps. Good luck.
