iPod video + iTunes sync problem

An iPod mystery...... I have a 30 GB iPod Video that recently seems to have developed a strange problem. Whenever I connect it to my PC, it opens iTunes to synchronize, but iTunes does not receive the latest information from the iPod. For example, say I played a particular song five times...

$120 to spend on an upgrade, what should I get

With the editing and all, you probably work with some pretty huge files. I think the faster HDrive (Raptor) might be the best upgrade for the money you want to spend.

Whats the nicest place in Hawaii to go on vacation to?

Very true. Electricity can be amazing. Be VERY careful. Alot of current is going thru places that it shouldn't be going thru. Might fry something.

Computer making high pitch hissing noises

Upgrade strategy

I just recently went thru a very similar upgrade; I went from a 1800+ to a 3000+ I also went from 256mb pc2100 to 512mb pc3200 ram and upgraded to a mobo that could handle the 400FSB. I have a GF4Ti4400 which I decided to keep. It was between the vidcard and CPU/mem for me also. On...

Problems w/win98 and a router

OK, I rebooted to make it happen. Booted normally, then the icon for the gateway appeared in the tray and then disappeared. Complete lockup after that - I can move the mouse but can't click on anything. Ctrlaltdel does nothing also. I had to shut the power down. I'm waiting for it to boot...

Problems w/win98 and a router

Yeah, it's something like that - probably doesn't say application. Next time it happens, I'll see exactly what it says. It loses the gateway (icon disappears out of the systray) and then it causes a big slowdown, including not letting me shutdown normally. Not sure how to fix it

Problems w/win98 and a router

I've got two computers on a router and I have a problem with one. I connect thru a cable modem. That's why I have the router. I used to use a hub, but it couldn't work w/ the cable modem. The one machine uses winXPpro - no problem. The second, has win98. Normally, I get an icon in the taskbar...
