What kind of grease you use and method of application? That can change temps slightly depending on what you used and how you applied it...especially the application itself.
I think you did really well here. As anxiety often plays a role in my PC/hardware purchases (I'm OCD x 2) taking your sweet time will pay off I promise you. You'll be content with what you got vs questioning your decisions. That said, I think ASRock is solid as a rock I just did an HTPC build...

The Antec htpc case has 2 slots for dvd drives so we are safe there for the future. If he ever decides to do some gaming or something that requires more gfx power the case will take smaller form factor gfx cards. He only goes wired with internet and he's already got a nice Logitech wireless...
