Anyone else eat oatmeal in the morning?

I eat it every day. 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water. After its done, I will add chocolate protien powder and peanut butter. I will also eat it at night for a snack with yogurt (the 85 cal yogurt that has no sugar in it). Two containers of yogurt and a half cup oats (uncooked).

anyone here take creatine after workout?

I am taking 5 grams 1 hr before workout, and 5-10 grams RIGHT after. I have used the NDS Evolve, and the generic stuff from Wal-Mart. The Wal-Mart brand is CHEAP ($14 for 2 lbs), 5 grams/scoop (included in the canister), so 1 scoop before workout, and two after. The Evolve is more expensive, but...

We have several servers in our lan, one of which is our network print server. All of the printers in our organisation are installed on this server. It is a 2k3 server, PIII 1000, 1 gig ram. The server will just reboot every couple of weeks randomly. No warning, no hanging, no errors in event...

That sounds like alot of work for 600 mailboxes. Knowing some of the people here, they will insist on instant access also.

I might also need to ad that we are in a Citrix environment and we use Wyse winterms, so no local hard drive. We do have another server that stores home folders, but if we create a pst file on their home folder isn't that kind of defeating the purpose of reducing inbox file sizes. We would just...
