HP 2140 mini. HDD/SSD Question

Hi, I have HP 2140 with 160gb HDD (SATA). I"m wondering can i add an SSD? So i can put my OS on the SSD and keep my data on HDD. Can anybody point me to detail schematic of the 2140? or any step by step instruction.?

building HTPC on a budget

hi guys, i'm trying to build a htpc to be used with my 60" plasma. it will also be connected to audio distribution for the house. it will also function as dvd and bluray player. It will also be used to play Rfactor. will this setup be sufficient? MOTHERBOARD - XFX MG63Mi7159 LGA 775...

RAID 0 on P5W DH Deluxe

Hi, i'm running raid 0 on p5w dh deluxe. i need to replace my motherboard (1 of my pci-e is not working) when i replace the motherboard, can i just plug the HDD's to the same sata connectors? will i still have my data? or will they be lost? Could any of you help me. thanks,

Can Video card w/ max resolution 1600x1200 run on widescreen?

i'm talking about ati firemv 2400 256mb quad output. on the website, it says that max resolution per output is 1600x1200. initially i thought that i could only use non widescreen monitors because of the 1600x1200. thanks

so even if the card spec says max resolution 1600x1200 i can still run 1920x1200 monitor such as dell 2407wfp? i never knew that... thanks

Can Video card w/ max resolution 1600x1200 run on widescreen? maybe 1440x900? what would be the draw back? what would be the optimum resolution i could run this video card on widescreen? Thanks

Video card for quad monitors

I'm trying to build a 4 monitor workstation for my trading. My plan is just to add an extra video card to run the 4 monitors (19" widescreen). What is a good and cost effective video card would you suggest? If any of you know a good deal on any particular card, please point me to that...

Audio problem. Sound only comes out from 1 speaker.

it's starting to frustrate me :( i tried unplugging and plugging it back in. still no luck.. and i also tried it on my laptop, and it worked, so the speakers are good. i guess untill i find the solution, i'll do what ms dawn suggested.. put the speaker in the middle :)

did that already before i even posted. i even connected the speaker to my laptop to make sure that it's not the speakers thats causing the problem.
