This system with win2k or NT?

if your machine is slower its better to have at least 256 if going with 2k. Give NT4 a shot if you have the drivers, it should fly on your system. Install SP4 w/ web interface update then sp6 and i bet your gf wont be able to tell the difference.

Looking for a good one laptop

Hi im looking for a good laptop. I need at least 1ghz 256ram, firewire, and video out. (built in 802 would be good too, but not neseccary). Also I need good build quality. Dont like dell. I live in the country so there arent many places to get my hands on any to try out. What would you suggest?
