Will SSD replace Hard Drive?

I've been using SSD's for over a year now, I think they are worth it.

SSD, worth it?

I replaced the Titan 256 GB with the new Samsung 256 GB SSD and the Samsung is faster and it runs cooler than the Titan.

OCZ Apex Drive

I didn't have to tweak anything in the OS. I just put the drive in and did a fresh install of Windows XP.

best bang for the buck SSD?

Corsair is selling a rebadged Samsung 128 GB SSD. This drive uses the Samsung controller and it probably has onboard cache like my Samsung Sata 2 SLC 64 GB does. The drive doesn't stutter like the ones using the Jmicron controller. I have the G.skill Titan 256 GB running as my main boot...

I haven't experienced any stuttering on the G.skill Titan 256 GB that I have running in my Thinkpad T400.

OCZ SSD: Vertex Series

I have the g.skill Titan and it's probably the same drive as the Apex, the only difference is price. The Titan is over 3 hundred dollars cheaper.

G.Skill Titan 256GB SSD

I own this drive and I have been using it in my Thinkpad T400 since I bought the drive 2 weeks ago, I couldn't have been happier with my purchase.
