I don't think it's so much that everyone is "goody goody" as it is that so many people have seen punks that need their asses kicked for being punks. I don't agree with what happened to him but it's always satisfying to see a punk get a well-deserved ass beating.

Chinese guitars sure are getting pretty good...

If you've been playing acoustic for a period of time and go to electric, the strings will feel like spaghetti, especially if there are 9's on the electric.

I don't disagree. My point is, it's very very difficult to NOT get a fake when you walk into a bazaar or other shop right off the street. You pretty much have to assume it is a fake.

I've been all over the middle east in the past two years and it's damn near impossible to buy anything that is genuine, meaning it's not a fake. There are some damn good fakes out there too. I even bought a few of them but they never lasted very long and the guy selling them absolutely will not...

Exactly right. Detroit's population peaked in 1950 and has declined ever since. After 1950, whites started moving to the suburbs because of the racial problems inside the city. The "white flight" accelerated drastically in the 60's after the riots in 1967.

Bagram Airfield Crash 29 APR 2013

I flew into Afghanistan through Manas and thought we were leaving the same way but they changed it at the last minute and we flew through Romania with a stopover in Germany. Romania was MUCH nicer that Kyrgyzstan.
