what mobo is this?

the only markings i can find are: av dvt1 b(2) b81 via chipset pwa avnv bd the board has ps2, usb, firewire, and male serial, no parallel, it does have onboard sound connections. it's been running a p3 600 apparently with no probs, and with no cooling fan. so say's the guy i bought it from. any...

do i have to format when changing mobos?

thanks m99 the hs is about 4 times as thick as the proc. the board is supposed to be a prototype, if i put a massive fan in the case. do ya think i'll be ok? it's a 600meg proc and i can't find anything on the board to identify it. jer

building a box for a buddy, should i format the hd again? justs going from a pII to a pIII and different mobo. running win 98. ohh, and is a fan on the hs really neccesary? the proc. has a massive hs. will cooling fans in the case be enough? jer

Poll: would you rather be scrawny or fat? which would make you feel more inconfident?

i'll take my 5'10" 170lb it's just enough. about 10 to 15% Body fat. the rest is used working some acreage. i know the math says i'm about 20 pounds overweight but i haven't changed pant sizes in 12 years. course my jacket size has changed numourous times. they keep getting tighter. jer

still didn't answer the question, what would be an acceptable entry fee $25.$50 or more, or less. we used to pay $25 for entry to the drag strip.lmk, jer btw, international sports car association
