Should I give up on the A8N or is this fixable?

Here was my only problem with the setup. With new PSUs there is a cord that goes directly fromthe PSU to the GPU that must be plugged in, there cannot be any other sources connecting to it. P.S. I'm still using the same PSU, the NeoPower, so actually, it wasnt a Dual Rail problem or...

Should I give up on the A8N or is this fixable?

I'm not saying I'm not ruling out the power supply. The reason I'm doing the graphics card first is because it's the easiest to RMA. I do wanna give the PSU a shot since the exact same PSU (On pretty much the exact same setup) works for someone else that has posted.

Yeah I double checked and it runs at 11.97. BIOS is most recent version. 1011 I believe is what I most recently flashed it to. Anyways, I just RMA'ed the card. It sounds like the people who were having issues with the PSU were overclocking which is something I do not intend to do with this...

My PSU is a Antec Neopower 480W. A nice piece. As for the Corsair RAM. It's the valueselect kind, and I believe its PC 2700 and I'm positive its DDR400. But I'm not sure on the voltage on that how do I check?
