Just make sure you never use the word "obviously" in an example problem. . . . If it were obvious, why would I be looking at this book?

Mouse Doesn't always register clicks.

Microsoft Intellimouse 3.0 doesn't always register when I click. About half the time, I have to click something a few times to get it to select. It happens both in the USB and with PS/2 adapter. Does it sound like a driver or should I buy a new mouse? I know, I know . . . try out a cheapo...

The Opterons were designed for servers, so the word on the street is that they have better memory controllers (your RAM runs faster and more stable) and are rated for higher case temperatures, so you don't have to worry as much about high temps, if you did anyhow. I'm sure you can get a more...

Thinking about getting an Opteron 146

Buy it. You should be able to get those speeds if it's a decent chip . . . and I saw someone on these boards who got a CABNE (OEM) from Newegg . . . yumm. Edit: Nevermind, I think the CABNE may have been a 148? Meh. Whatever.

Good to Bad (generally, certain weeks have shown to be better performers): CABNE CABYE CAB2E CABGE It should be noted, that for the price (unless you've purchased a 150/152 Opty), NONE of these are bad chips to have. Myself? I've got a CAB2E that's just waiting for a Thermalright...

Holy crap that was a nice price drop they put on the 148 . . . from $290 OEM to $221. Glad I held myself back from snagging one at the old price. OOS now though. Edit: Fixed Typo :P

XP-120 CASE compatibility

I recently jumped on the new s939 Optie bandwagon, and I'm waiting for my processor while looking for the other components I'm going to throw in. Of course, I'm o/cing :) So, I was looking at the Lian-Li 6070Plus as a case option, but I'm concerned that the heatsink I'm looking at getting...

Finally, the cheepest DVD Progressive Scan Player Ever - $19.99 New!

If you are buying a $20 progressive scan DVD player, I guarantee you can't use the progressive scan anyway, seeing as how H/EDTVs are pretty high priced still . . . my 2 cents. I have a friend who worked at Best Buy and he was instructed to tell people that prog scan would make their picture...
