If running RAID 0 yes the data is lost, if one of the drives is phyically damaged, data will be lost but it is highly doubtful that the other drive will have the same physical damage
Most TV sets only have a refresh rate of 60Hz and a resolution of 640X480 some are able to do 800X600 but those are rather expensive. Hence TVs are bad for PC games.
Why not just disable the floppy drive in the BIOS and password the BIOS itself ?
Create numerious accounts, rename the admin account and disbale its rights , give rights to one of the other accounts.
