Question about digital translation Feb 2009

My father has time warner cable ad BEFORE the box he has it spliced off to an old TV. Will the tv before the box still get cable when the switch takes place? Or does it apply to over the air only? Thanks

Please help with car pulling to one side.

Power inverters for cars?

I am looking for a cheap power inverter that plugs into a cigarette lighter in my car for long car drives. It's probably going to power a laptop and/or a portable dvd player. Since it will only be used a few times a year does anyone know what the cheapest one is that will power a laptop? Also...

Laptop HD question.
