Pro 2 & Intrusion Alarm?

Very weird MSI problem ........

I was running 1.8 and I uped to 1.9 to see if it was 1.8. I still have the same problem. They are at 2.2, but I really haven't heard any good thing about them, so I was reluctant to flash.....plus only a hand full of peeps are having htis power trouble. Jimmy

Very weird MSI problem ........

OK, mine is kind of close. If I turn off the computer via Start|Shut down and wait for a bit, when I try to turn it back on via the power switch, I get nothing. I have to turn off the switch on the power supply for 10 seconds and then back on. I hit the power button and it boot fine. I can...

K7T Pro 2-a Fan header dies after updating to 1.9 bios

IR Port on the MSI Pro2-A

Does KT7 use a proprietary FDD cable?

Some cables are acutally backwards(Ie, the plastic guide tab is on the wrong side) I plugged my old floppy cable in and a solid green light came on(telling me it was backwards) So I dremmeled off the plastic guide tab and flipped her around and it works fine now. Jimmy

MSI Pro2-A Power Problem

DaddyG, I will swaping the power supply, but I don't have too much on the 5volt rail. I just have 1ide drive, an ide CDrom and two fans. I'll let you know. I was hoping it was a setting in Bios....kind of like when you first plug the computer into power (how it turns on for 4 seconds)...
