Swapping CPU/MB without W7 reinstall?

I went from a Q9450, P5N-D motherboard and 4 gig of ddr2 800 ram to an i7 920, P6T motherboard and 6 gig ddr3 1600 ram and had no issues at all outside of a windows re-activation.

Video software

I am looking for software that will combine or stitch together 12 short videos I shot with my Kodak Zi8 pocket camcorder. They are in .mov format and I just need to combine them all into one continuous playing file. Thanks in advance.

Great info. Hands on is what I was looking for. Money is not an issue but setup and maintanace and room in my case are. If it will keep an oc'd I7 under 70c at full load it should keep my little 9450 darn near frosty. Thanks.

Gather round folks. I need to know what heat sink is the king of cooling for my Q9450. I was running Prime95 and 20 minutes in I was looking at 77c average from RealTemp and CoreTemp. IDLE IS 42C at 2.9 ghz and 37 at the stock 2.66. That's a huge jump in a very short time. 2 cores hit 83. I'm...

Vista 32 and 64

Makes sense to me. There is no price difference so I guess I'll go with 64 since I have the ram anyway. Thanks for the reply's. One other question. Any of the 4 versions of Vista faster than the others ?
