Review of the Habu

I was initially considering the MX518 and G5 but now there's the Habu in the mix. I'm coming from a MX700. I can't decide. =( The MX518 has the thumb button and seems to track on more surfaces but doesn't have the snazzy features like laser and the weights. On the other hand, the G5 is missing...

Keyboard- Eclipse...a few worries...*NEW* Why can't all keyboards macro like G15?

I'm personally considering either the Saitek Eclipse II or the G15 myself. After reading many reviews and messing with them shortly in person, I believe I am slightly more interested in the G15. This is due to the available macro keys on the side (not multimedia) and I found the backlighting on...

FRAPS codec issue

I am trying to record a short clip of a game I am playing and it seems to record just fine. However, when I try to replay this clip, it ends up crashing Windows Media Player. On the other hand, when I import it into Windows Movie Maker, the video works just fine in there. I do not have any codec...

e1505 Video Card Swap?

Sorry to say but that 6800go won't fit in the e1505. As far as I know, only the 9300, 9400 (with mods), xps gen2/m170, and precision m60(?) are capable of using the 6800 and 7800 series gfx cards.

Best 17" widescreen notebook/laptop?

I have an XPS M170. Awesome laptop I must say although they are pricey. I see alot of people mod their 9300 into pretty much an XPS2 so yea, I'd go for that too if I did not have the M170. In addition, if you are interested in Core Duo, you could check out the Dell i9400.
