I believe I read on fatwallet that Logitech was allowing photocopies for their rebate - though I'm not sure how you can verify that for yourselves. I'm looking for this too, but I'll pass this time.

For all these people buying refurb motherboards - what do you do about the backplates, if they don't come with them? Cut them out of cardboard? Buy them on ebay? Contact manufacturer? Or do they usually come with them?

So, I pay $130 more for a Barton that I can't overclock? ;) (oh yeah, with integrated memory controller and SSE2) I'd kill for a Socket 754 board with a PCI/AGP lock. Think I'll wait and see what happens with Socket 939, since the 754's will be the new Durons anyhow.
