Each site has it's pro's and con's for sure, but for free, it doesn't hurt to be a member at all the good sites. I've secured half of my collection on GameTZ, but there is also DigitPress (forums and price guides), and specialized sites like NESWorld.

There is a feedback system, so you can trade with people who have good feedback. If they are new, have them send first. I've always had good luck, but nothing is foolproof. If you buy items, it's as safe as eBay, I guess, paying with PayPal.

Green spot in the center of old home movies (VHS)

I just got a DVD recorder to transfer old home movies to DVD from VHS. I popped in an old home video, and it's got a really distracting bright green blob in the center that never goes away. Any ideas? Is the tape damaged, or could the VCR be? Any chance of removing these? I tried another...

Need help with some kind of IE virus/spyware/adware

That' dmjxo.exe is what I think the problem is. During an AVG scan, there was a 'Reading Error" on that one item. Suspicious. All I need is the go-ahead to delete it.. Thanks for the tip on CWShredder, it came out clean, though.
