Locked up on restart...

Well...I reboot one last time to see if the problem went away and I get an error message from the Steam program. Never saw this message before. I was able to shutdown steam, delete all the valve garbage on my PC and all is well with the world again. Thanks for the advice, I will safe boot in...

Same here, I received a BS in biochemistry before I went to medical school but I guess I was "premed" b/c I took the prerequisite courses for medical school admission. It is a pretentious thing to say but the ladies like it I guess...;)

POLL: Half-Life 2 - are you still having problems?

Switched to a MSI cd-rom drive and installed easily. Dont think my dvd-rom is faulty since i have never had problems with it, anyone having trouble installing with a Toshiba dvd-rom sd-m1712, consider a different optical drive. Thanks to the forum for your help...:thumbsup:
