Waitress told me she wasnt happy with tip!

well... in san francisco i think the "norm" is more like 20%, and i regularly leave more than that depending on the restaurant and service. for drinks the norm is $1-2 per drink, so $7 does seem a little low. i figure a few extra bucks doesn't matter to me, but it might matter to the persons...
