Strange Internet and Networking behavior.....

Well i think it might be malware to be honest, I did tons of research last night and went through a ton of programs and such and hijack this found a program normally associated with itunes that uses winsock as a host. The problem is I have never nor will ever use Itunes or quicktime so battle...

Strange Internet and Networking behavior.....

Well thanks guys, i guess my last question is how do you logon to bestbuy as an employee? Or can that even be done, ive heard rumors about an intranet in the stores, but i wanst sure if you could logon to like Bestbuy.com or whatever.

Vista+Nvidia = No more Horizontal Span Mode?

Thanks for the suggestion, the horizontal span has been a feature for about as long as i can remember, it pretty much allows you to have a resolution of 2560x1024 rather than 2 1280x1024 displays. I dont think Ultramon has vista support but im giving it a shot as i type this so we will see.

Vista+Nvidia = No more Horizontal Span Mode?

My beloved dual monitor setup seems castrated with this new vista driver, as i cant run it in horizontal span mode. Instead the only option appears to be clone or dual view. I cant stand having the same walpaper tiled accross both screens, or having the task bar only extend half way. Does...

Minimum Specs for an HTPC

Ive been debating just trying a linux install and running myth, but i dont have any experience with linux and im a bit iffy on the steps needed to network the linux box to the rest of my systems. I just use samba normally.

I am using a normal analogue CRT set 32," it has has svid input. I wish i had more memory and a fast gfx card but i already went out spent like 30 dollars on an old gateway system to get the vid card and power supply.

which digital camera?

You seem to really want a cannon or sony, but personally for a compact camera right now you wont beat fuji for picture quality. The new fuji super ccds are murdering cannons, oplypuss, and sonys right and left. Check out the f30, and f31d or even the s6000 for a more prosumer based camera...
