People from Canada and other places with snow

OP: Those pics look a lot like upstate NY during a lake effect snowfall. Crews generally get out before the snowfall to salt and make room for more snow that will be pushed off the roads. It will be slushy for a while, but they do a very good job here.

I'm in India now. sup ya'll =P

I've never been, but friends say that there is always construction in various phases of completion, but most is incomplete. I've seen pics of office buildings that have been 98% complete for years, just needing a sidewalk or facia or completed restrooms that doesn't get done for some reason.
