That's where a good portion of our savings will be. spend a little extra on a processor and the motherboards for it are cheap. Probably see alot of people buy one hammer for their system and add a second after the prices drop a bit.
yea, a buddy of mine has a 1.4 t-bird that's been through two fried motherboards and a fried stick of ram. Don't ask me how it happens to him but of all the stuff he's gone through that 1.4 is still kickin.

With video cards getting hotter and hotter ATX specs should allow for a card to be flipped. It could help video card heat sinks be more effective considering heat travels up anyways. I don't see that much extra heat affecting my cpu considering i have two exhaust fans right there anyways.

I don't want to be accused of neffing but it stands for posting pointless posts strickly for the sole purpose of raising your post count. Yes posting adds to it but when you have a lot of useless posts it's considered neffing.

It's really the way to go if you only have one hard drive. It really helps same your files if you system ever craps out(although I'm sure we all try to avoid that as much as possible but it doesn't hurt to be prepared)
