Larry - Sorry! No bargains yet. NewMaxx - News articles published a few days ago indicate Samsung will release the 980 Pro sometime in August. Very little in the way of additional technical info right now.

Question Samsung 870 QVO SATA SSD is here (soon)!

According about 15 tech reviews published yesterday, the 870 QVO has a new Samsung MKX controller, 96 Layer QLC memory, 1Gb to 8GB LPDDR4, and 42GB to 78GB SLC cache.

^5 +1 what aigomorla said. mSATA solid state drives are definitely obsolete. I maintain a public service ssd database. I have not seen any technical reviews or announcements about mSATA solid state drives for several years.
