I'd kept the 5950... most gamers at least don't care what the image looks like. Most of the time you can only tell the difference if you zoom in 400%. All gamers want is high FPS to match the high Refresh Rate of their monitor. At 1600x1200 games are unplayable to me because the FPS is so...
The actualy numbers mean nothing at all too me. I've owned a MX500 and I've gone back to my MIE3.0. I just couldn't stand negative accel at all even with the mouse accel fix.
My 2500+ doesn't even get to 3200+ for some reason...
It even needs 1.7 volts for 2.1 GHz :\
Although it runs really cool (never goes above 40C), I feel like I wasted my money on a SLK-900U.
I don't know whether this is the right forum but here it is anyways...
I would like to know how it is possible to have "sub-menus on the Taskbar" like seen on the L computers here. This image is what it looks like.
I have searched Google for hours but it was no help. Any ideas?
Thanks
1) No, speakers (I'm a gamer :o)
2) Creative Audigy 2 OEM
3) Sennheiser HD-570s (so good), Plantronics .Audio10 Microphone.
4) The headphones are the highlight, they sound so good and are really comfortable.
My computer has decided not to boot into Windows XP anymore. It is detected in the BIOs, but if you try to boot Windows on it in ANY mode it just restarts. I've tried formatting and it's just stuck at 0%. I've tried to recover the files, but it can't write them (well 2% of them). What's wrong...
I recently got Sennheiser HD-570s, very good headphones for the price. IMO the price difference between the HD-590s and the HD-570s don't justify the extra $100 CAN. If you need headphones for gaming don't purchase the HD-580s or HD-600s, because a good soundcard just don't have enough power to...
Yeah, I was hoping a little better from that chip, but oh well.
It would probably need at least 1.8 volts or a little more to be stable at 2200MHz... because 1.775 volts gets an error in Prime95 a few hours in.
Yeah, it's the Corsair TwinX 512MB LL.
It failed Prime95 and I don't want to overvolt it any more, so I am now testing 10.5x200FSB @ 1.675 volts to see if it'll be stable.
