I know 64MB of ram is pushing it because that's the minimum but the speed is ok until recently. I gotta buy some memory though.

I have a program called killdisk. It deletes the partion table from within dos. You can just put it on your win 98 boot disk, boot up and run killdisk. After that you will be able to fdisk it with no problems. Fdisk will show that there are no partions so you can just create a primary partition...
