Need help choosing a 733 coppermine

I going to pick the asus CUSL2 mb from atacom.com I have a budget around $300 bucks for the cpu. Should I get the 733EB 133MHZ FCPGA Retail CB0 Stepping at $274.95 or the 800 CB0 Stepping 133MHZ FCPGA OEM at $324.95. I am not planning on overclocking. Do I really need CB0 Stepping? Jothen
