Does removing processor ruin memory or operating system?

My uncle ended up removing his processor from his motherboard to clean it off because of overheating issues. His PC will go no further than windows xp screen now. Was removing the processor the problem?

I'm trying to format a locked laptop.

I have a Dell Latitude D800 and it's password locked by a previous administrator. I want to format the hard drive on it and get rid of everything but I can't get anywhere. I can't even change the boot order because configure setup is disabled because of the previous admin also. Any suggestions.

Mastercard makes about 2% on every purchase made. They charge whatever store you're purchasing from. That's is why some places say you must spend a certain amount to use your credit card to make it worth it for them.

I work at a car audio shop and business is getting worse and worse. I work 11 hour days with a total of at least 7-8 hours of downtime throughout the day. I've tried crosswords, sudoku, puzzles, reading, sleeping and listening to music even though I've just about heard it all. I like AT and...

Why can some companies get away with NO customer service?

Unfortunately customer service is not taken seriously by most companies or by most consumers because the percentage of people that will actually stop using a service because of it's negatives is quite small compared to the percentage of the people who do nothing about it. I hear of negatives...
