While this is a 802.11N device, it has a CPU in it that is about as fast as a WRT-54G and ram to match. The Surf in its name implies that it is made for very basic Surfing the web not heavy traffic. I am not familiar with the WN2000RPT, but it could also have this problem as a lot of budget...
I personally use Scrutinizer v9 for monitoring my network. I've tried out SolarWinds and I feel like I get more in depth reports from Scrutinizer. It is the best tool on the market for NetFlow and they also offer a free version for up to 5 NetFlow exporting devices...
You mean cpu? yes, i think all p2's can. 8/16x200
if you want to donate them ill run every benchmark under the sun for you... also i would probably want 2 4870 x2s, i have x-fire. lol
well just a little up date, after some added cooling to my mosfets and removing 4gb of ram ive gotten 3.8ghz stabble with 1.45v (1.44 after drop). it was up and running at 1.425 for a while but i fugured the .025 but was worth it to avoid any problems down the line. im getting 43C full load 30C...
after swapping psus, and running a crap ton of test and researching(mostly on my motherbord) ive determined than the mosfets(that dont have heatsinks) cant take the stress. ill be getting some to slap on there soon, i found a lot of other people with this board running into problems with the...
Im using a sythe kama angle cooler. I ment to say 50C(no sleep), I normaly hover around 44C under load. ive seen it spike to around 48 at times. cpu-z is reporting my vcore .25V lower after an hour of idling. it could be why i had to lower my opteron 165 from 2.7ghz to 2.4ghz near the end of...
im starting to think my psu is giving out, im no longer stable at anything over 3.4ghz at any voltage, but if i leave the computer off for 30 min then turn it back on its stable for like 30 min then its back to failing everything. temps never even hit 40c so i know its not that. im running a...

Unfortunatly the 4th core is dead but its showing a lot of overclocking potental. its at 3.7ghz right now at 1.425v, Prime stable. Im having a small problem though, before I started tweaking with nb/ht/memory/ and some other settings at was...
The 8800gs/9600gso will be faster crunchers out of the 2. Memory dosnt matter at all on gpu2 from what ive seen. I would go for the 8800gt my self. My 8800gts 512 is chugging along nicely ^_^ .
I would back up these claims but jimmy is way too tired and is going to bed.
The only thing that stinks is im going to have to remove 1 of my 4 hard drives to fit it in. lol
That and im starting to look like a fan boy, i run all EVGA now.
well thanks for the push, my friend heard i was looking for a card and recently upgraded to a gtx260 so he is now selling me his evga 8800gts 512 for $85.
