This is the right idea. Additionally, there is the significant possibility that your customer has some configuration problems on their NIC's or routers. Sounds like there may be an issue with RoadRunner that is not apparent yet.

Windows NT (all versions) is deprecated and without support from Microsoft. The parts of Windows NT which provide the least secure services and components are IIS services. If you aren't concerned about potential security breaches, then use IIS or PWS and have fun.
