Recommendations for glossy 2k monitor

I am looking for some recommendations for a glossy 2k monitor under $500. It seems to be a hard criteria to search for, as its not always stated in the monitor specifications. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Old School Water Cooling

This is a good picture I found of the mj900. Its on the left. http://thereeffarm.com/nano-reef/contest/012911b.jpg I was under the impression that the mj pumps could be either submerged or in open air. I might mock up a small loop and run the pump for some extended time to see how it does...

Old School Water Cooling

Had a idea to boost my XSPC x2o 750 v4 flow/pressure with a maxi jet 900 aquarium pump I had laying around. I don't have the budget right now for a legitimate pc cooling pump, so I was hoping to maybe get a bit of a boost in performance from this "free" upgrade. My system will be raystorm block...

H105 Pump Cover Removal

Apparently, from what my research has shown me, is that it is very compatible when using the nvidia mounting holes, but when you have to use the amd holes you end up having issues. I solved this issue though, spent more money, got a second radiator and water block and will be tossing my 290...

H105 Pump Cover Removal

Does anyone know if temporarily removing the corsair H105 pump cover would void the warranty? I am eager to try and use this cooler with a kraken g10 and a R9 290. To do this combo it seems the edge of the pump cover makes the mounting screws very very difficult.

Sorry, I was looking to spend about $300 total on a few things like bigger case (haf stacker) new tubing, ex140 radiator, a few new fans for new case, x5650 and some other associated cable pieces. What I was comparing was the spending of $300 on the old system vs $300+old system sale= new system.

I think I am leaning towards the x5650 and other case/cooling improvements. Its just when you get to the point of realizing the money you are spending is equal to what a new setup might cost, that you feel you need to ask the question out loud.

h110 w/ 140mm - 120mm adapter?

I have a zalman z9 case that has dual 120mm/140mm mounting holes in the top. There is a way to mount atleast a 240mm rad on the top, but the 140mm holes are covered by a good bit of the top plastic shroud. I had the idea to use a bgears 140mm - 120mm adapter to make it possible to mount a h110...
