Replacement for Asus P5E Deluxe? (LGA 775, DDR2 1066, 6 SATA slots)

Thanks. But the board you linked to, ASRock G31M, says for memory "DDR2 800/667" - mine is DDR2 1066. I don't think my memory will work on that board?

Mid or full tower cases with foldout motherboard tray?

It would be much easier in a case with a foldout mobo tray. I have 4 hard drives and two graphics cards, things get very cluttered.
