The "nature" of any cpu by any manufacture isn't to overclock. Celerons are designed to be cheap, correct, but they have always been built on the latest core technology but simply hampered. By their very design they are good overlockers

I can get the celeron up to 3.15ghz stable with cpu/dram ratio of 4:5
So..I decided to try 1:1 timings but for some reason I can't get it to clock past ~160mhz with these timings as it'll reboot from bios and just beep...

So far my results are 3.1ghz stable with default voltage and stock HS/F with artic silver
