Ordered E6600 to pair with DS3. Should I change it to E6400 or E6300?

Notice how everyone recommends the processor they have? I recommend the E6600. I have no problems OCing the E6600. 3.6GHz was a snap @1.45 volts. Good luck!

Overclocking an E6700

Did you, by accident or on purpose, turn off dual core usage in your BIOS? I believe you are only using one core. Open Task Manager and use the Performance Tab, do you see two graphs in the CPU Usage History section? If not, you have the second core turned off, or it's fubar. Good luck.
