Which higher end Radeon cards are cooler and quieter?

Am I making a mistake buying into relatively "old" technology with this card? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814131394 I'm surprised the price has not come down since it's introduction a year plus ago. It does look good in the reviews though for both performance and being quiet.

Antec Solo with Seasonic X650

Much of the time that Seasonic 650 is not even running the bottom facing PS fan except under moderate load. Does this lack of additional ventilation for the case in not pulling warm case air out of the case when the fan is not running have any noticeable impact on inner case temperatures?

need suggestions for something that won't bottleneck my GTX460 SLI

I'm about to build a new high end system and have a minimally used q9550, never used for gaming, which I'd be willing to let go for less than $200. As I said, barely used since I've switched over to iMAC's with i7's and SSD's for the time being until Ivy comes out.

Found it but it's been deactivated for some reason on Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817151104 Must have been some problem with it, I only assume since it seems to be a newer version of the 650 X. Too bad there isn't a Seasonic Platinum PS in the 650 watt range.

Thanks for the replies. Actually the new PS would be for another computer in the house. What is the difference between the Seasonic 650 X and the 660 X? Is the 660 X a hybrid like the 650 I hope?
