What's wrong w/ my internet?!

It's been like this for a couple of days now, I've swapped different cable modems, different routers, and even plugged straight into the modem. I can't stay online for longer than 5 minutes for anything and my ping log looks like this http://img211.imageshack.us/im...7057/connectionmy0.jpg...

Tracking evga step-up from 7800 to 7900

nice, i went ahead and submitted my 7800GT + mobo combo for $330.69 after rebates, and stepped up to 7900GT CO Overclocked the speeds on that 7900gt version are insanely higher than the retail, hope theres still room to bump it up :)

As of right now, i have 2 x 80 gig maxtor SATA drives 8mb cache on raid 0 with 2 partitions. One for my windows, and other for programs. etc. I purchased another 300gb Seagate 7200.8 with 16mb cache yesterday and was wondering if I should port over windows to the new harddrive and just use...

i had to explain the problem to the internet department first, then they told me to talk with the cable tv department since they are the ones that replaces the physical cable. so eventually, after a long drawn out explanation of how ignorant and stupid their technicians are, they scheduled out...

found out my problem is my cable line, so they are sending out someone next week to replace the entire line to my apartment. ugh, gotta wait a few more days :[

yeah, my modem is a regular cable modem and i'm plugged in with a cat5. i found my apartments main cable line and connected the modem straight into it, still gives me problems but it seems less random. oh well, the comcast guy is coming tonight, i'll see how that goes

i pinged my local cable gateway and half of them were "Request timed out" whereas the other half were around 12ms which sounds normal...

I had cable installed in my apt this past Monday and it has been hell for me. I get horrendous spikes (speed is REALLLY REALLLY SLOW too) and the internet would just go out randomly every once in a while for a few seconds. I have comcast hsi here in Fulton Country of Atlanta, GA and running it...

Heatsink for my new AMD 3500+

I'm grabbing a new amd 3500+ venice core and wondering which heatsink would give me the best overclocking. Thermalright xp-120 with a quiet 120mm fan or Zalman CNPS7700-CU Keep in mind that I will be using a quiet fan for the thermalright so please don't mention xp120 being better...
