ATI 3650 an ok upgrade for the 9600??

Hi Guys My ATI 9600 (non pro or SE) 128MB died today , would the ATI HD 3650 512 DDR2 be a good upgrade? i only play halflife 2 and command and conquer 3 so nothing to taxing (got a 360 for gaming), systems not the best so not willing to spend a great deal. system specs are amd 64 3700...

Overclocking Athlon 3700+

that wierd im running a 3700 at 2500 stable on an asrock dual sata2 , all i did was up the fsb to 228 and mems running the same, been stable for around 2 weeks now. mems set to high voltage and timimgs at 2.5,3,3,7 1t, just noticed your on value select mem and im on xms , that could be your...

yeah i did earlier , thats what made me think about the deskstar lol, iknow the old deskstars were realy bad when ibm made them but not sure if there any better now

done some research on the hard drive and think it will ether be another seagte or an hitachi 250gb deskstar, are the deskstar's better now than when they were made by ibm?? what about my choice of memory? Cheers Kev

looking for a good fast DVD-ROM drive

Get a liteon ltd 165 its a true ripper's choice, think its one of the few dvd roms that are still availible thats not locked at 2x ripping, i use the same drive for ripping and i get from 6x to 9x sometimes 12x for breaf spells lol.. Kevstir

Dropped my cpu 10c

yeah fans blowing in the case , what i did was make a tube with some paper and attached it to the cpu fan so that it acts as a funnel so all the air coming in from the fan goes right to the cpu fan. Kevstir
