Cool stuff, Thugs, looking forward to some great scores. I'm expecting my SLK-900 to arrive tomorrow and some better fans. Maybe I can then push it past 284mhz fsb. :P
A friend and I were waiting for corsair to annouce their new twinx ram and so we put our orders on old. When we found out it was going to be CAS3 ram, we just ignored it and purchased 1Gb of XMS PC3500C2 each. Haven't tried PC3700 speeds yet but we'll be testing that speed out soon, prolly at...
Just confirming as others have that LOW+3:4 does indeed work at 150MHz FSB. Very stable too.

I agree with 5150Joker, install WinXP Pro (i heard Home Edition sucks) and then try memory benchmarks. Plus, with the setup you have, WinXP will be very fast and rock stable, provided your overclocked machine is stable. :P
Anyway, try WinXP Pro.
Well, in 3 weeks of testing 3 different 512Mb PC2700 sticks - all of them Samsung 'DTL' based, I found that my current Samsung Original 512Mb PC2700 'DTL' stick is doing DDR400 quite easily. The first 2 sticks were bad. First one was a Samsung on 3rd and the 2nd stick was a used stick that...

Please don't forget to include the Abit BG7 (i845G) motherboard in your tests.
Also, can you find out how overclockable the i845G motherboards are compared to i845E motherboards?
You might also want to look into why the i845G chipset gives better Sandra 2002 Memory Benchmark score without the...

This is with a new Samsung Original 'DTL-TCB3' stick I received...
Nope, I got my Samsung Original 512Mb 'DTL-TCB3' stick from www.overclockers.co.uk, unfortunately. I phoned them to complain about it but was told they test the modules before shipping them out. I was annoyed with that idea because since they're known as 'Overclockers', it seemed to me they were...
