what i meant was: am i obligated to report this accident in case the other driver sue me. i dont want to file a claim because it's too minor and will not worth more than my deductible.

i was rear-ended while waiting my turn at a U-turn. i then made my turn and went into a gas station right in front of the scene (i should have stayed there but i guess i was shaken and didnt think right). i inspected my car's rear bumper and expected the other driver to follow me into the gas...

All In Wonder 128 Video Card, PCI, 16MB $49 after 2 rebates

i went for this deal back in october and i regretted it so much. i spent hours reinstalling my w2k because this card's driver is notoriously buggy and i still can't capture without my comp's freezing up. one word of advice, check the review before you buy.
