I too am studying for the LSAT. The best books to use (IMO) are the Powerscore Bibles (Logical Reasoning Bible & Logic Games Bible). Also be sure to buy some of the old actual tests from LSAC. A 170 on the LSAT is no easy task my friend, best of luck.
Your MBA/Grad school work will count as some nice life/work experience, but the two most important factors (by far) are LSAT score and undergraduate GPA. Also being a minority.
You really screwed up the thread title. Putting "NBA player" makes it seem like it's the 3rd string point guard on the Bobcats. It should read "Lamar Odom to wed reality star Sunday."
Also if you don't know who Lamar Odom is you really need to re-examine your man card.
There's a facebook app. It's called Friendly, you can find it at www.friend.ly
As far as searching/viewing profile, facebook as said they will not add this feature or any app that has this feature. They don't want people to be afraid to look at other people's profiles.
I'm voted Corner. If you are a wideout and not able to get open no big deal try again. If you are a corner and don't cover your man they get a TD - you can't slip up even 1 play.
If banks stopped charging overdraft fees they would have to make up the $ somewhere - most likely on checking/savings fees. Be grateful that 10% of the customers are subsidizing the other 90%. Also don't let your balance get so low. If you are someone who is constantly overdrafting or in danger...
If you had negatives on your credit history but cleared them (paid collections, charge-offs, etc..) it would show that they've been paid off but it would still show that they did exist. Likely this is why you can't get a Sears CC
You declared bankruptcy less than 4 years ago. You are not getting a loan. Lenders do not like giving money to people that filed bankruptcy. You even say in the most right above mine that you used the bankruptcy to clear all your prior debt.
He could have had no way of knowing that she would call him out on this. Documenting every thing he does is excessive, especially since he called everyday, got clearance from his team and other supervisors.
