well i would suspect the windows 64 could have something to do with it... its not very stabe yet, try making sure you CPU and videocard heatsink is hot to the touch
if it isnt i would suspect it is loose and some thermal compound needs to be applied
i love my computer, even though SOMEONE forgot to apply thermal compund to the new heatsink and fan so its overheating right now... >.<
