winXP Pro OEM or Retail?

So, what is it that your saying? OEM IS BETTER? It sounds like your pushing OEM- or am I wrong? Does it really matter? What can you do different with OEM vs. Retail? -I know thats a broad question, but It would be nice to know! :)

XP Problems- Help

I got a HP scanner last week. I installed it- and went through the usuall stuff.... NOW, when I reboot, It always brings up the SYS.32 hidden files window. Sure, its easy to just exit out of it, but why would it be bringing up that window???? Thats a wierd thing to be popping up when you log...

Commandos 2 camera angles HELP!!!

You should be able to change the angle by holding down ALT and left clicking... but Im not sure this is what you were looking for....

GF2 MX400 vs. VOODOO 3

SYS SPecs.: AMD 1600 XP Epox MoBo (its new- but forgot the model #) 60 Gig. IBM HD GF2 MX400 Win. XP PRO I just switched drives late last night- so im going to try it AGAIN tonight. The card was bought 2 weeks ago, could it be old drivers? If so, where can I find the BEST/ or newest drivers...

I have 2 user accounts on the OS. -So Im not sure why its not doing it like before.... seems odd to me...

Thanks- what exactly is "blocking size"? -and why would that concern me? AND, will it take long to convert to NTFS (is it a 10 minute or 2 hour process)??? Thanks again for your input!

XP PRO and automatically signing on from a cold boot

Its worked before on another drive, but now that I've switched (drives), it wont do it anymore. Isn't there a way that the XP PRO O.S. will automatically sign you in when you boot your system? Does anyone have any ideas?

GF2 MX400 vs. VOODOO 3

I HAD a Voodoo 3, wich didn't support Open GL, so I found a GF2 MX400 for $60 that did. Now, my basic games like Age of Empire and Star Wars Gallactic Battle SKIP- Did I downgrade or what? The thing is, my MOHAA works great. I don't see any problems with that game or even RTCW!@$&*@#!$!%...

how to STOP XP updates and pop up windows?!?

I got DSL and now my XP OS is constantly giving me pop up windows on updates and little pop ups on info that I could care less about! Is there any way I can disable all of this? I love XP, but not this junk! Please help- I would take advise from anyone!!! Thanks everyone!:D
