Why are there big cats but no big dogs?

In "Guns, Germs, and Steel" Jared Diamond theorizes that when earlier humans developed sufficient hunting techniques they were able take down mega fauna fairly easily, and quickly decimated the populations. The animals moved to slowly and couldn't adapt quick enough, and were simply killed off...

Netflix - TV Shows

Arrested development takes a bit to get good, but by the end of the first season you'll love it. The second season is even better. I'm in the middle of dexter season two and recommend it highly. Netflix rocks!

I played CivIII...

I liked both civ III and IV, IV definitely plays nicer though. Waiting for V to drop in price before I try it out.
