Can Asus P3B-F take a P3 850E Slot1?

USB or parallel?

I'm installing a new printer (Lexmark Z42 - any opinions?), which has USB & parallel ports. My motherboard (MSI K7T Pro2A) has them too. Is any gain in performance of the printer with USB compared to parallel port, or not? I'm using USB for my keyboard & mouse, but I don't see any...

Change dual to single boot

My HD is 20GB, FAT32 partition is 5GB, and NTFS partition is 15GB. I was using WIN-ME only for printing (no 2K drivers for my printer). I'm installig new printer (with 2K support), so no longer need for ME. I want to re-format whole HD, and make just one 20GB partition (NTFS) for WIN-2K. Back to...

Change dual to single boot

I'm running dual boot (2K/ME). My HD has two partition: NTFS & FAT32. I want to replace two partitions to one (NTFS), and run only WIN-2K. Do I need to use Partitin Magic to do that, or WIN-2K start-up disks will do it?

VIA 4in1 or not?

Just one question: do I need to intall VIA 4in1 drivers in my new comp. (not for gaming)? MSI K7T Pro Duron 700 ATI Xpert98 (PCI) Maxtor Diamond 40+ WIN ME I won't use AGP or ATA100, some of VIA drivers are included in WIN ME, so do I need 4in1 at all?

Recommendation for Althon 700 motherboard

If you do not o/c MSI K7T Pro, it's cheaper and more stable then Asus or Abit :)
