computer boots to 8bit video? solved

ok, maybe someone can guide me in the right direction with this one... i am working on an hp computer and evertime it reboots it goes to 8bit video... i have updated the drivers, updated the bios... and it still boots to 8 bit its and 865 chipset and it is using intel onboard video thanks...

i would go ocz powerstream, i just got mine today and let me tell you my voltage problems are all gone. probably the best powert supply imo

I have the gateway 4530gz, i love this thing, almost the same as the 4520gz but with a dvd burner, its thin and light. i have had it for about 3 months now and it works awesome, the only complaint i have is that the max res is only 1024x768
