Post #11, my response to you I admitted to being wrong to use "woke" in my statement about the two sides of the same coin. You're going down your own rabbit hole, I am turning around now.
Examples.
A pro-choice individual sees the injustice of anti-abortion laws and blames the local church for supporting those laws then goes to blow up the church.
A pro-life individual blows up a local Planned Parenthood for providing abortion services.
Different reason, but same extreme measure.
You're right, I probably shouldn't have used the word "woke" and guilty of being lazy. But the sentiment is the same that both sides resort to extreme measures to get their point across. Often their actions are more about themselves than whatever cause they supposedly fought for/against.
Woke and anti-woke people are just two sides of the same coin. There are a lot of similarities between the two camps and that's where most of the nutjobs reside. Each side hates the other, but they can't seem to see how similar they are in their actions and ways of thinking. Where's @Moonbeam...
Yea, I don't think your anecdotal evidence is going to convince me here. In any case, do you think it's a good idea for these kids to be outed when they are not ready to tell their parents even though their parents couldn't care less? Or would it be better to first understand why they are not...
This has nothing to do with parental rights. This is about Christian conservatives shoving all LGBTQ+ children back into the closet and keep them there by intimidation. Who is the better judge of the home environment? The children who live in it everyday, or some teachers who have never been...
