rooting note 2 questions

i brought it to work to root as i got sick of trying to make this work on a Mac, all rooted successfully, might try a stock ROM, havent yet decided, but i have removed some bloat from Samsung, I hate most of the S apps, and i have installed soft keys and got google now to work with a long press...

I found this page here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2118348 but it says its for the verizon version of the phone, but I cannot find a download that is built for anything other than Verizon. Does this work for all galaxy note 2's, or just the verizon one? I am feeling...

I have a galaxy note 2, and I love it. But there are some things I would love to be able to change, and I want to try rooting. My questions are 1) is there a way to root the phone using OSX. I only have a Mac. 2) does the Spen still work after rooting? I have heard conflicting reports...

SONY jumps head first into phablet: Massive phone coming June 25

5.5 inches, and the ability to write with a pencil and i'm sold. 6.44 inches, holy :whiste: i would love this phone if it was pocket sized, my note 2 is about the max my pocket can comfortably take. but i gotta say, the waterproof, pencil writing and processor are all amazing.

Fair enough, i think the quad A15's only make sense if you will also run a desktop OS on it, and I personally really like Ubuntu desktop. I don't really like the Ubuntu phone though, I find the lack of a homescreen unsettling, although some of the gestures look like a great idea, but Ubuntu...
