Widescreen or No Widescreen for PC Gaming LCD?

After (personally) comparing the 205BW with the VX2025WM, I would say that the 205BW is far more superior in terms of gaming.

Which Dell are you looking at getting? If it's the 2005FPW, the Samsung blows it out of the water. I own the 2005FPW and it's definitely a NIGHT AND DAY diff. ;)

First timer buyer of a LCD, need recommedations.

If you're on a budget, go for the Samsung 205BW. It also has support for HDCP and comes pretty close in performance to the NEC 20WMGX2. It's A LOT closer than the VX2520WM when I compared them side by side.

You probably shoulda traded it in... I found the Samsung 205BW to be better than the VX2025WM... IMHO. ;)
