Buying a few PCs for a company

My brother-in-law's small business will be buying some PCs with the intent of mostly using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. No games, obviously. They will not be building their own (no time for the added research, and definitely can't waste a few days of billable hours building them)...

Where to buy Photoshop?

Our company needs a license/CD set of Photoshop (and only Photoshop, no suites) for a designer. Should we just purchase Photoshop CS3 from Adobe.com? Also, can you even get CS2 legit at a place we won't have to worry about stiffing us over?

The IMDB Top 20

Haven't seen City of God. The Usual Suspects belongs nowhere near any of those, even the ones I don't particularly love (but still could see *why* they might be that high, i.e. Godfather). I just don't see why it's anywhere in the top 100.

I was working on a menu at http://bts.convio.net/site/PageServer?pagename=07RFHDC_raceforhope_greeting The menu (#nav, if you decide to look at the code) works fine in IE7, but the tabs stack on top of each other in FF. The kicker is that they realign properly if I refresh the browser...

A challenge? Have you played Gears on Insane? I just don't know... for someone who has "both systems and all the best games," you sure have an elitist attitude toward the PS3 and the "challenge" that it allegedly offers.
